此项附加费何时生效？

紧急情形附加费将于2020年4月1日正式生效，直至另行通知为止。

The Emergency Situation Surcharge will be effective as of the 1^st April 2020 until further notice.

此附加费适用哪些情形？

IN WHAT INSTANCES WILL THE SURCHARGE APPLY?

紧急情形附加费将适用于所有国际限时递送(TDI)快件。

The Emergency Situation Surcharge will be applicable to all Time Definite International (TDI) shipments.

此费用不适用于国际限日递送(DDI)和国内限时递送(TDD)快件，DHL Medical Express (WMX) 快件也不适用此项费用。

It is not applicable to Day Definite International (DDI – road) or Time Definite Domestic (TDD) shipments. It also does not apply to DHL Medical Express (WMX) shipments.
